The Capelight Shop bonus system - and this is how it works!

Collect points and exchange them for selected items!

 And that is how it works:

For every order that is saved as “paid” in the system, you will receive bonus points worth the entire order (excluding postage costs). 

Conversion factor: 1 EUR = 1 point

The purchase was made for €19.54, so 20 points will be credited to the customer account, rounded up (this will be done no later than 14 days AFTER the order has been paid for).

As soon as the bonus points have been credited to the customer account, you can exchange them for items that are marked as  bonus items  .  The point value shown on the article is considered the “currency”.

• It is generally not possible to offset points against an order.
• You can view your current points balance and an overview of how many points you have collected or redeemed with each order in your  customer account at any time  .
• Paying out bonus points is not possible.

General conditions of the bonus points program

The following conditions apply to collecting the corresponding bonus points, redeeming them and expiring the bonus points:

§ 1 Eligibility to participate

All customers who have registered in this shop and therefore have a customer account are eligible to participate.

§ 2 Acquisition of bonus points; Points account

1.  Bonus points are generally acquired with every order (unless the acquisition of bonus points as part of time-limited special promotions is not explicitly excluded). The bonus points will be credited no later than 14 days after payment of the respective order. The amount of points to be credited depends on the total amount of the customer order (less any shipping costs). For every 1 euro order value you get one bonus point. The expected number of bonus points for the respective order is displayed in the order overview.

2.  Every eligible customer has a points account. The points balance can be viewed under  My Account  after registration.

§ 3 Redeeming bonus points

Bonus points can only  be redeemed in conjunction with a so-called bonus item.  

§ 4 Transfer, cancellation, forfeiture

1.  Bonus points are tied to the respective customer account and cannot be transferred. Conversion of bonus points and subsequent payout are excluded.

2.  The seller can cancel the bonus points if the requirements for the acquisition of bonus points no longer apply (if the purchase contract is withdrawn, the purchase contract is revoked or the contract is terminated), the seller made an incorrect booking or there is misuse by the customer.

3.  If the customer account is deleted, regardless of the reasons for which the customer is responsible, all bonus points expire without replacement.

§ 5 Validity of bonus points, expiry

The bonus points are valid for 36 months from the date of credit and can be redeemed for a subsequent order. They then expire without replacement.

§ 6 Termination, change of conditions

The seller reserves the right to discontinue or change all services or conditions associated with this bonus points program within a reasonable period of time - if there are important reasons.
