Doch als Shelby seine Verlobte nach einer Überdosis tot auf der Veranda findet, sinnt er auf Rache und knöpft sich einen Dealer nach dem anderen vor, bis er an der Spitze des Drogenkartells angekommen ist. Sheriff Church muss in einem Wettlauf gegen die Zeit Shelbys Selbstjustiz ein Ende setzen, bevor sein Kampf mit dem Kartellboss Coyote die ganze Stadt in ein Blutbad verwandelt.
